SB 254 - This act eliminates Missouri's program whereby
persons seeking driver's licenses receive a voter registration
application as a simultaneous part of their application for a
driver's license, driver's license renewal, a change of address,
a duplicate license request or an application for a nondriver's
license. Missouri's federal funding is unaffected by this
measure.
